Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Estimated Delivery

Estimated delivery time is 5-8 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates may vary due to destination, carrier handling, customs processing, weather, high-volume periods, or other circumstances outside our direct control.

Shipping Fee

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $45. If a shipping fee applies, the available shipping options and cost will be shown at checkout before payment.

Supported Destinations

Our main shipping markets are the United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom. Other available shipping destinations are shown at checkout.

Fulfillment Origin

Orders may be fulfilled from our own or partner facilities depending on inventory availability and the delivery destination.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available. Tracking updates may take time to appear after shipment information is created.

Delays and Lost Packages

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, please check nearby delivery areas, household members, building reception, parcel lockers, or neighbors where applicable. If you still cannot locate it, contact us with your order number.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes may no longer be possible after an order has shipped or entered fulfillment.
