This Cancellation Policy explains how Tavriqio handles order cancellation and change requests.

Cancellation Window

Orders may be cancelled or changed before they are shipped or before they enter fulfillment. Once an order has shipped or entered fulfillment, cancellation or changes may no longer be possible.

How to Request a Cancellation

Contact service@tavriqio.com as soon as possible with your order number, checkout email, full name, and reason for cancellation. Submitting a request does not guarantee cancellation. We will review the order status and confirm whether cancellation is possible.

Address Changes

If you entered an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to assist before the order ships or enters fulfillment.

Product, Quantity, or Variant Changes

If you need to change a product, quantity, or variant, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may no longer be possible after shipment or fulfillment has started.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If a cancellation is approved before shipment or fulfillment, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refund posting time may depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
